Millions of dollars are spent on weddings each year. The Ace Hotel, in partnership with Yeah! Weddings, is offering one couple the chance to win a free wedding, everything included, at the Ace.
The hotel and Yeah! Weddings will take care of everything, providing music, catering, photography and all of the elements of your Big Day. The only thing the couple has to do is show up on Nov. 5 at the Ace. “It will be dreamy, beautiful, a little weird and radically expressive,” said a representative for the Ace. “It's New Orleans, after all.”
Couples have until July 6 at midnight to enter the contest, after which the selection board will pick 20 couples to go through the second round. Then the public gets to vote on their favorite, based on the information the couples provide.
"Take your time, be clever, be creative, link to your website/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Vimeo," it states on the contest form. "Make something rad, tell jokes, give us a feeling for who you are, tell us all about how you guys met, what you like to do, what inspires you etc. This isn't a race, take your time and give it some thought."
Since its opening, the Ace Hotel has provided a funky, hip outlet for food and music in the CBD. The winning couple is sure to have the ecclectic wedding of their dreams.
