New Orleans brought out the bubbly for a special cause on November 11: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s third annual Uncork the Cure fundraiser and champagne party at Republic New Orleans.

The event featured an array of sparkling wines as well as food from some of New Orleans’ top restaurants, including Boucherie, Jacques-Imo’s, La Côte Brasserie and more. In addition to toasting and tasting, guests enjoyed music from Cynthia Chin and the Mighty Mirliton Band. The event also featured a silent auction.

Each guest received a commemorative champagne glass; VIP guests received a reserved booth, cocktail service, a bottle of champagne and a goody bag from In the Bag as well as the commemorative glass from T’s Creative Creation.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a nonprofit, donor-supported organization that is devoted to curing and controlling the disease as well as improving the quality of life for those with Cystic Fibrosis. The foundation has more than 75 chapters nationwide.
