Chef Nina Compton Hosts Exclusive Caribbean Dinner Event with Rawlston Williams

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Guests are invited to experience an immersive culinary tour of the Caribbean during a special one-night-only dinner at Compère Lapin. Inspired by the acclaimed new release “The Caribbean Cookbook,” the evening will highlight the rich culinary heritage, flavors and traditions of all 28 island nations. Rawlston Williams and Nina Compton will curate a one-of-a-kind menu showcasing the region’s dynamic ingredients and signature flavors, from citrus, coconut, and tamarind to nutmeg, pimento, pineapple, rum, and more. 

Tickets for the intimate dining experience are priced at $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Guests may also enhance the evening with an optional wine and rum pairing for $35 per person. Each attendee will receive a signed copy of The Caribbean Cookbook (retail value $59.95). The menu is as follows:
