Chefs Melissa Clark and Mason Hereford Culinary Event at SoFAB

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Remember when two *highly anticipated* cookbooks got lost at sea? Now Melissa Clark, Mason Hereford, and the team from SoFAB are hosting a cocktail party and cooking demonstration to celebrate the release of Melissa’s new book, Dinner in One: Exceptional & Easy One Pan Meals. 

Melissa’s new book brings her home cook’s expertise and no-fuss approach to the world of one-pot, one-pan, one-sheet—one everything—cooking. With nearly all of the recipes being made in under one hour, the streamlined steps ensure you are in and out of the kitchen without dirtying many pans or spending more time than you need on dinner. Chef Mason Hereford and the Turkey and the Wolf team will be making small bites and snacks inspired by Melissa’s book.

The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and Melissa’s cooking demonstration will take place at 6:30 p.m. From 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. guests can meet and greet with Melissa and have their book signed in the Louisiana Kitchen and Gallery at SoFAB.

The ticket price includes one copy of Melissa’s book, small bites by Turkey and the Wolf, and beer, wine and punch from the SoFAB Bar.
