Although the weather says otherwise, it’s Christmas in August over at the NOCCA Institute, which hosts the Let it Snow holiday party and market. The event, held at the Razzle Dazzle design workshop, features holiday decorations and gifts, refreshments, performances by NOCCA students and an auction for a decorated Christmas tree.
