Cochon Butcher Announced Freigeist Bierkultur Tap Takeover on Nov. 8

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Cochon Butcher has announced a beer tap takeover with Freigeist Bierkultur on Friday, Nov. 8, beginning at 4 p.m. German brewer Sebastian Sauer will be on hand at Cochon Butcher for the first time to mingle with guests. Beers on tap include Ottekolong Kölsch, an unfiltered, unpasteurized ale fermented at lager temperatures (5% ABV); Dortmunder Export Lager, a hoppy and malty lager (5.5% ABV); Abraxxxas Lichtenhainer, a smoky sour wheat ale (6% ABV); Dunkel, a dark lager (5.5% ABV); Rosler Wild Ale brewed with grape must, a collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal Ales and Meinklang, a renowned Austrian wine producer (6% ABV); Geisterzug Rhubarb Gose, brewed with salt, coriander and rhubarb (5.2% ABV); and Yakedo, a hefeweizen brewed with ginger, a collaboration with Japas Cervejaria in Brazil (5% ABV).

This event is non-ticketed, and no reservations are needed. Bar seats are first come, first served. Beers will be available to order from the counter or the bar, but supplies are limited.
