Chef de Cuisine Forrest Jackson has built the perfect parade meal, including 20 pieces of our famous fried chicken, one half-pan of jambalaya, ten sandwiches of either turkey, ham, or pimento cheese, and ten bags of Zapp’s potato chips. All food is served cold but can be reheated if desired. The ready-to-go meal is available for $220 and can be ordered online at cochonbutcher.com. A 48-hour pickup window is required.
Butcher also features its favorite Mardi Gras foods as daily specials in the restaurant, ranging from backbone stew and gumbo to fried chicken, dirty rice, and crawfish bread. The in-house bar team is mixing up seasonal cocktails for parade-goers to take on their parade adventures.

The package includes two quarts of red beans with smoked pork and sausage, one quart of cooked rice, one pound of smoked country sausage, four bacon pralines, and Mardi Gras beads.
