Cochon Butcher Charcuterie 1

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – James Beard Award-Winning Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski of Link Restaurant Group have announced a partnership with Goldbelly, America’s leading platform for food e-commerce, to ship their artisan New Orleans staples from Cochon Butcher nationwide. Cochon Butcher items, including one of New Orleans’ best burgers, the Le Pig Mac, and a hot Muffaletta sandwich are now available on Goldbelly.com.

“We are excited for the opportunity to share some of our favorite dishes with more people from around the country,” said Stryjewski. “Goldbelly is more than just an online food marketplace, they are helping to connect people with memories they may have from a long-ago restaurant visit or cravings for something new. It’s something that brings us all together at a time when we need to stay apart.”

“At Goldbelly, we empower the best chefs and restaurants from across the country to share their craft with food lovers nationwide,” said Joe Ariel, founder and CEO of Goldbelly. “At a time when most of us aren’t able to experience the best New Orleans has to offer in person, we’re thrilled to be shipping Cochon’s house-made charcuterie, crave-worthy sandwiches and other artisan spins on local classics to people around the country.”
