NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Birdy’s Behind the Bower, the charming Instagram-worthy perch in the back of New Orleans’ Framework building, is pleased to partner with acclaimed mixologist Craig Seaman for an interactive tequila cocktail class on Friday, April 12.
Priced at $85 per person (excluding fees), Craig will showcase three classic tequila cocktails while delving into the world of the distilled spirit. Guests will learn hands-on how to craft each cocktail, while also enjoying light bites from the Birdy’s kitchen, highlighting delectable Southern-inspired, locally sourced American fare.
