NEW ORLEANS (press release) – For the first time ever, your favorite dishes from Commander’s Palace can be enjoyed anywhere in the country as we announce a partnership with Goldbelly, an online platform that ships America’s most legendary foods from across the country directly to your door. Our team is thrilled to share a taste of what we’ve been serving over the last 125 years all across the country, allowing anyone to feel instantly transported to the culture and cuisine of the Big Easy.
Goldbelly packages make for great gifts to loved ones far away, to friends whose travel plans to visit you in NOLA have been cancelled, and to family who you’d like to share your local favorites with! Stay tuned for some additional exciting local announcements for our NOLA community, too.
Tory McPhail is cooking up signature dishes including turtle soup (which has been on the menu since day one), spiced sugarcane lacquered quail, old-fashioned pecan pie, and cheesy garlic bread (the same that is served with every meal at Commander’s Palace). There is also an option for a three-course dinner package for 2 or 4 – bringing a true taste of New Orleans to your home.
All orders can be placed through Goldbelly starting Monday, May 4.
