As New Orleans natives, Kellie Mathas and Angie D’Ingianni have always been inspired by the sights and sounds of the city. After receiving a hospitality degree from UNO, Mathas’s attention to detail and high-level décor design has led to nearly 25 successful years in the special events industry. At Crystal Clear Creative, Mathas serves as Chief Creative Officer and Owner, where she leads in special events, concept development and commercial design. As Director of Business Development, Angie D’Ingianni brings additional talent and experience in the event industry with a background in event photography, commercial graphic design, marketing and social media.
This powerhouse duo has what Mathas refers to as a “perfect yin-yang relationship” and they truly enjoy blending their abilities to design, implement and manage any size event or permanent corporate installation, often incorporating unique elements that are hand-created by local artists. A woman-owned company, they have also found a creative and unique niche in sports design and they are currently overseeing the renovation of the New Orleans Saints locker rooms. Most recently, Crystal Clear Creative was selected as the event production team for the NBA All-Star party at Gallier Hall, allowing their design abilities and sports niche to fall perfectly in line with one another.
As a way of giving back to the city and community, Mathas has repeatedly served as design chair of Coach Payton’s Play It Forward Gala and has volunteered talent, time and financial support to Toast for the Coast Fundraiser, a joint effort of the New Orleans Pelicans and Audubon Institute. This year, Crystal Clear Creative is joining forces with Son of a Saint to make an impactful and positive difference for fatherless young men in the New Orleans community.
