NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Phaidon, leading publisher of the creative arts, has partnered with OpenTable to celebrate the release of Signature Dishes That Matter, a collection of unparalleled recipes and the stories behind them from the world’s best-known chefs, by Christine Muhlke. As part of the Signature Dishes Dinner Series, Chef Nina Compton will prepare a multi-course dinner at her award-winning eatery Compére Lapin, on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Priced at $150 per person, guests can choose from two available seating times, 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The cookbook, Signature Dishes That Matter, is a global celebration of the iconic restaurant dishes that defined the course of culinary history over the past 300 years. Nina shares, “I am beyond flattered to have included Curried Goat with Sweet Potato Gnocchi included as one of the dishes in the book and am really looking forward to this dinner.”
