As the summer’s most anticipated celebration, Hancock Whitney White Linen Night was founded in 1994 by enterprising gallery owners as a way to attract more people to the burgeoning warehouse arts district during the slow summer month of August. Exceeding all expectations, more than 7,000 people attended the inaugural event. Today, Hancock Whitney White Linen Night attracts more than 30,000 local, regional, and national art lovers to the Arts District of New Orleans annually.
“At Hancock Whitney, we pride ourselves on our commitment to the community and are proud to present the premiere arts and culture event of the summer with Hancock Whitney White Linen Night,” said Gary Lorio, Hancock Whitney Regional President. “We eagerly anticipate an evening filled with art, music, drinks, and food as we celebrate the culture of our region alongside tens of thousands of guests.”
