METAIRIE, La (press release) – Vitality Living is expanding to Louisiana with the opening of Copeland Tower Living. Through an agreement with Al Copeland Jr. and Al Copeland Investments, this partnership will transform the Copeland Tower Suites hotel located at 2601 Severn Avenue in Metairie into a thriving active adult living community.
The 95 one-bedroom suites (750 sq. feet) in the 16-story tower will be converted to apartments, and its nine meeting spaces will become common areas.
