NEW ORLEANS (press release) – From Thanksgiving to New Year’s, New Orleanians are usually busy shopping, gathering with family and friends, and immersed in holiday cheer. While many things have changed this year, enjoying delicious meals together has not. Copeland’s of New Orleans will have all your holiday favorites cooked and ready to go. Family meal packages are available for a small family, a group of 12, or even an intimate gathering of 24. Individual holiday platters are available for business parties starting at $11 with a 40-person minimum. Pre-orders are available now and will be taken through December 28. Pick-ups are scheduled for December 17 through January 1, 2021. A 72-hour lead time is required.

Copeland’s Family Meal, which feeds four to six people, includes the choice of a 4 lb. turkey breast with 1 pint of turkey gravy ($100) or a 2-3 lb. roasted prime rib with 1 pint of horseradish and 1 pint of au jus ($135); a choice of two sides (2 quarts each): mashed sweet potatoes with pecan amaretto sauce, butter cream potatoes, smothered ham and bacon green beans, Cajun corn maque choux, cornbread dressing, and mac & cheese. This package also includes a half dozen biscuits. The 12 Guest Meal features a choice of a 12–14 lb. Cajun fried turkey and 1 quart of turkey gravy ($175) or a 4-6 lb. roasted prime rib with 1 quart horseradish and 1 quart au jus ($250), a choice of three sides, one dozen biscuits, and 15 chocolate chip cookies. The 24 Guest Meal includes a choice of a two 12–14 lb. Cajun fried turkeys and 3 quarts of turkey gravy ($350) or an 8-12 lb. roasted prime rib with 2 quarts horseradish and 2 quarts au jus ($400), a choice of six sides, two dozen biscuits, and 30 chocolate chip cookies. Individual holiday platters ($11 each) include fried turkey breast, turkey gravy, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, biscuit and guest choice of mashed sweet potatoes or butter creamed potatoes with a 40 person minimum.
