Copeland’s of New Orleas Partners with Eat Fit NOLA

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Copeland’s of New Orleans offers its Summer Fresh menu, which includes several Eat Fit approved items. “As an Eat Fit NOLA restaurant partner, we are making it easy for our customers to enjoy a delicious meal while making health-conscious choices and still satisfying our guest with the Copeland’s flavors they have grown to love and crave,” said Al Copeland, Jr. “We are adjusting due to the pandemic. We started by introducing family meals at the beginning of the ‘stay at home order’. Through this we learned from new and loyal guests that there was a demand for a lighter and summer forward menu.” Eat Fit is a nonprofit initiative of Ochsner Health designed to help those living in, and visiting, the New Orleans community enjoy their healthiest and strongest life.
