NEW ORLEANS – Couvant, the restaurant inside the Eliza Jane Hotel, announced holiday culinary offerings.
For Christmas, the restaurant is offering guests a $58 per person brunch. The team shares that the three-course, prix fixe menu will feature dishes like seafood gumbo and rosemary-crusted prime rib along with desserts like peppermint bark cheesecake and white chocolate sponge cake with Baileys Chantilly cream.
Christmas Brunch at Couvant will be available Thursday, Dec. 25, from 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
In addition to Christmas, Couvant asks guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve at the restaurant for dinner. Before heading out to ring in the new year, enjoy a three-course meal with dishes like redfish courtbouillon and parmesan-peppercorn crusted filet for $79 per person.
