NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts has announced the opening if it’s much anticipated Elmwood location of Boulevard American Bistro. Now open with seated, to-go and delivery service. “This is an unprecedented time to be opening a new restaurant, but Boulevard Elmwood has been in development for some time,” said Marv Ammari, CEO of Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts. “We’re proud of the investment we’ve made to make this location just as successful as our Metairie bistro and we look forward to serving this new community.” Boulevard Elmwood will employ 100 people when 100% capacity is granted by the state coronavirus guidelines.

Boulevard’s menu features appetizers such as spinach dip, deviled eggs with sweet pickle relish; wood fired artichokes; and Boulevard oysters. Salads include chicken salad with honey chili vinaigrette and Thai peanut sauce; a seared tuna salad; and Gulf shrimp remoulade salad. Sandwiches include a pressed Cuban, a French dip, a salmon burger and a cheeseburger. Boulevard’s entrees offer something for everyone: from fire roasted chicken or slow roasted pork chop, to cedar plank Scottish salmon or wood grilled redfish. Prime rib, filet mignon, crab cakes and barbequed ribs are also available. An extensive wine list and full bar will be tended by a team of professional bartenders. Boulevard Metairie and Harahan locations are now open with 25 percent seated occupancy and are offering 50 percent off bottles of wine. To-go orders are 25 percent off at both locations (discount not valid on delivery or dine-in orders).
