Titan Construction didn’t find its home in metropolitan New Orleans by accident — owner Stephen Fleishmann said the company exists because of the city, and his team strives to not just serve the community, but to be a part of it.
A fifth generation New Orleanian, Fleishmann understands the unique opportunities and challenges that inner-city construction can present. For the past 23 years, the Titan team has helped customers achieve detail-oriented results, all while helping to create and manage expectations along the way. Since construction of a home is often the largest investment a person will make in their lifetime, Fleishmann believes the most important aspect of his job is creating a product that he — and the homeowners — can be proud of. To continue this mission, Titan Construction is moving into a new facility that will accommodate their ever-growing team and client base.
“We started in 1996 and have been building in New Orleans area ever since,” he said. “Relationships matter here, and we have no intention of leaving.”
