NEW ORLEANS (press release) – As we gear up for Day of the Dead celebrations (Nov 1 & 2), you may be interested in visiting the Day of the Dead altar now on view at the New Orleans Botanical Garden.
Altar information:
- Visitors to the New Orleans Botanical Garden can view a Day of the Dead altar by artist and Casa Borrega owner Hugo Montero.
- The altar is on view from October 26 – 30 and is located in the conservatory at the Botanical Garden in City Park.
- Louisiana residents receive FREE admission to the Botanical Garden from October 26 – 30 courtesy of The Helis Foundation.
- The Botanical Garden is open this weekend Thursday – Sunday from 10. a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
