New to the designer radar here at LTEC headquarters is that of Hungarian designer Anita Benes and Daalarna Couture. For over a decade, Benes and her label have been producing eveningwear and beautiful bridal gowns for all of Europe. Handmade in Hungary, the Daalarna Couture fashion house says it prides itself on quality, professionalism and customer service. For each line, Benes is influenced by Italian, French and English trends that combine to make for the individual style of Daalarna. Each gown is crafted with Scottish, Italian and French lace and silk. All of the fabrics are manufactured exclusively for the Daalarna collections.
Daalarna recently debuted its Pearl collection in October at the New York Bridal Fashion Week. Each look evokes romance and elegance. Lace embellishments, sleek lines and the addition of Swarovski pearls – hence the name of the collection – are incorporated throughout the designs.
