This past weekend – April 18 through 20 – marked the biannual Bridal Fashion Week. As a whole, the week sets the precedent for bridal fashion in spring of 2016. Each designer debuts spring fashions to the world via runway shows throughout New York.
The designers brought distinct concepts for the spring lines. Oscar de la Renta debuted a Parisian inspired line with dramatic silhouettes, feathers and drop waists; while Vera Wang sent edgy, rock inspired, shear looks down her runway. A few stand out trends this year were crop tops (a carryover from last season’s shows), pant suits, long sheaths and beautiful ball gowns.
LTEC is honoring our favorite looks from this bridal fashion week as our designer of the week.
