NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Dooky Chase’s Restaurant will honor the late Leah Chase’s Birthday with a five course dinner with wine and cocktail pairings on January 6 at 6 p.m. Leah’s grandchildren Chef Edgar Chase IV, Chef Zoe Chase and Beverage Manager Eve Marie Haydel have collaborated to create a menu that honors their grandmother’s legacy as the Queen of Creole Cuisine.
