Starting July 1 through August 31, guests can veer off of Arnaud’s a la carte dinner menu, full of Creole classics, and opt for the Summer Table d’Hote menu, featuring seasonal creations by Executive Chef Tommy DiGiovanni.

The menu includes a complimentary welcome glass of rose, along with:

Appetizers (choice of)
Snap Pea Salad
With snap beans, gold heirloom tomatoes, parmesan crisps and parmesan vinaigrette

Pickled Shrimp
White bean salad with Dijon vinaigrette

Crab and Corn Bisque

Entrées (choice of)
Cornmeal Encrusted Drum
Pan-fried and served with chow-chow relish, and corn and black eyed pea salsa

The three-course dinner menu is available for $39 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). The menu is also available for groups of 40 or less in private dining.
