El Guapo CEO Christa Cotton created custom cocktails – the Strawberry Champagne Spritz and the Louisiana Fall Fashioned – for us. If you’re really feeling fancy, she can create specialty libations just for you.

Strawberry Champagne Spritz

1 ounce vodka (local, woman-owned Seven-Three brand is recommended)

1 ounce El Guapo Cajun Grenadine

8 dashes El Guapo Polynesian Kiss Bitters

Dry Champagne or sparkling wine

Crushed ice

Dehydrated line wheel for garnish

Into a clean Collins glass pour the vodka, grenadine and bitters. Stir to combine and fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Add enough Champagne sparkling wine to reach the brim of the glass and garnish with the wheel of dehydrated lime.

Louisiana Fall Fashioned

4 ounces bourbon

6-8 dashes El Guapo Chicory Pecan bitters

.05 ounce El Guapo Sweet Potato Syrup

1 pecan half, for garnish

In a mixing glass or cocktail pitcher filled with ice combine the bourbon, bitters and syrup. Stir until well chilled and into a lowball glass. Drop in one large cube or sphere of ice and garnish with pecan half.
