Rachelle Albright’s primary goal is to expedite positive results during her clients’ construction projects. After 21 years in the commercial general contracting business, Rachelle started Albright Management Strategies, LLC to focus solely on construction management. With extensive experience in estimating, project management, operations and executive leadership, Rachelle affords building owners the opportunity to concentrate on running their business while she manages their project.
Rachelle has worked closely with Brian Faucheux of Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects on the recently completed $31M Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy project.
“In 40+ years as an architect in New Orleans, I have worked together with many local Construction Managers and Owner’s Representatives on projects large and small,” says Faucheux. “I can honestly say there have been none as dedicated, hard-working and professional as Rachelle has been on our Kenner Discovery project.”
Beyond construction management services during the preconstruction and construction phases of a project, Rachelle also provides facility management services and assist clients with long-range expense projections for their building assets. Additionally, her company is expanding into residential project management for homeowners.
