Annette Dowdle recognizes that healthy employees are productive employees, and as Senior Vice President of HUB International Gulf South, she works with regional and national specialists to align employers with proactive ways to achieve mutual goals for their organization and its employees. She has enjoyed 20+ years of collaborating with employers on all their benefits programs, including complex and costly programs like medical benefits.
“Regardless of the path, we always look for innovative ways to help clients fulfill the financial and cultural commitment they make to employees,” she says.
Along with standard employee benefits offerings, Annette’s mission is to bring her clients wellness/productivity programming that engages their employees and creates a productive workforce with a positive culture. In addition to her consultative work, she serves on HUB’s Leadership Team and HUB’s National Best Practices Task Force.
In the community, Annette works in leadership roles for the American Heart Association, alumni of Louisiana Leadership and other organizations. She loves supporting the community’s small businesses and visiting clients—now friends—who own her favorite places to dine
and unwind.
