Dr. Sebastian Koga is a neurosurgeon specialized in brain tumors and complex spinal disorders. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford (UK), Tulane University School of Medicine and the University of Virginia neurosurgery program. He moved to the Northshore in 2014 and built the first comprehensive neurosurgery program in this region, treating thousands of local patients with a high-level of expertise and a personal approach to concierge medicine. Dr. Koga is fellowship-trained in cerebrovascular surgery and is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons.
Dr. Koga has an international reputation, having trained with many leaders in the field, and he continues to lecture at national meetings in the US, Europe, China, and Japan. He is a global citizen having lived in many countries and welcomes international and out-of-state patients.
