The Laborde Law Firm
In 1995, Judge P.J. Laborde, Jr. retired from the Louisiana 3rd Circuit Court of Appeal. Wishing to pursue just legal outcomes for those in need, he founded The Laborde Law Firm with son David Laborde. Daughter Jeanne Laborde joined their team two years later, and Andrew Mims joined in 2012. The firm continues to grow while passionately representing people who have been injured or who have lost loved ones to accident or injury. This year, Derrick Earles, with a stellar reputation all his own, partnered with the firm and opened the Marksville office. The Laborde Law Firm will soon open offices in Alexandria and across the state. “One thing I can tell you is that no one will ever outwork us,” says David Laborde. “Insurance companies and other law firms may have more assets and people, but they’ll never be more prepared than we are.”
