Founded in 1991 by Colombian immigrant Jairo Alvarez, Alvarez Construction Company has grown as a remarkably successful builder with ten new-home developments across four South Louisiana parishes.

The family-owned and operated company is spearheaded by Jairo's wife, Anita, and three children: Carlos Alvarez, CEO, Ana Alvarez-Tanner, and Sebastian Alvarez.
