· I moved to New Orleans in 1994 and started a business hand-selecting and importing containers of antiques from Europe.
· My first warehouse was approximately 8,000sf at 1240 Camp Street. In my most prolific year, I shipped sixteen 40ft high cube containers, each with approximately 200 pieces.
· The new showroom at 5833 Magazine Street was a three-year renovation that has been transformed into a Parisian boutique.
· Veranda Magazine contacted me and wanted to shoot the warehouse and my home, which was the second Victorian I had purchased in the city of New Orleans.
· At that time Veranda featured me on the cover of their magazine, which changed me from a regional seller of antiques to having national and international customers.
· My first clients were Jill and Harry Connick Jr. due to the cover of Veranda. My second clients were Alden and Emeril Lagasse, where I was fortunate enough to work on three homes for them.
· My first book, Soul of the Home, launched in 2020 and was #1 in Antiques & Collectibles on Amazon for over two years.
· Restoration Hardware licensed over 70 items of mine and now Century Furniture has recently launched my latest collection of over 70 items in High Point Market.
· My current design projects are in Palm Beach, Boston, Houston, Louisville, and of course, my favorite city New Orleans.
