You’ll savor Chef Cristina’s Filipino food with thirst-quenching cocktails using some of the best Spanish spirits from the Gonzalez Byass portfolio. Did we mention Flamenco? YES! Enjoy some entertainment while you dine (or get up to dance and join em’’!). Aperitivo cocktails will be served starting at 7 p.m. at the bar, followed by four courses, each paired with a specialty cocktail.
