Fleming’s to Celebrate Leap Year by Hosting “A Leap in Time” Wine Dinner

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Thanks to a once-every-four-year-celebration, you have an extra day to experience dishes that will stand the test of time.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is inviting guests to leap through time on Saturday, Feb. 29 starting at 6:30 p.m. with a five-course Roman-inspired Chef’s dinner, featuring Artemis by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Guests will experience extraordinary dishes such as Duck Confit with Cherry Demi, New York Strip & Braised Short Rib and Orange Olive Oil Cake. Limited seating is available.
