Food52

“Helping people become better, smarter, happier cooks.” This is the accurate description of the company Food52 – found on its Instagram page. Food52 is one of those great ideas that hit the ground running. Around 2010, New York Times best selling writer Amanda Hesser and food writer and editor Merrill Stubbs, decided to bring their knowledge, and the knowledge of other foodies from all over the world, together to create Food52.com. Food52 is dedicated to passionate cooks and their love of food and recipes. The site is filled with recipes, a one-of-a-kind online shop and over 60 blogs, dedicated to food, posting every day.

On June 23, Food52 launched a wedding registry. Now, couples can register with the site and add items to their registry list with the click of a mouse. Add kitchen items made by people from all over the country. A great feature of the Food52 registry is the organizational methods taken to separate all of the items available. With over 3,000 kitchen and home products, there’s so much to browse and add. Are you going for a more rustic kitchen? Maybe you’re leaning more towards an Indie or Retro touch? They have all of their items separated into different motifs or you can mix-and-match by shopping according to category or collection.
