Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans Announces Thanksgiving Dining

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – This Thanksgiving, enjoy the holiday with family and friends at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans. With two chef-driven restaurants, lobby bar and live entertainment, the hotel offers ample space for Thanksgiving entertaining allowing guests to savor their time together.

The hotel’s restaurants deliver a mix of traditional Thanksgiving dishes and modern Louisiana flavors to satisfy every holiday craving. Both Chemin à la Mer and Miss River feature outdoor seating options, offering stunning views and mild Louisiana weather to complement the meal.

Chemin à la Mer, 12 – 8 p.m.: The traditional Southern menu at Chemin à la Mer highlights partner Chef Donald Link’s favorite Thanksgiving dishes he serves at his own family table.  The three-course tasting menu begins with a savory turkey and andouille sausage gumbo and is followed by a Boudin-Stuffed Turkey Roulade served alongside mashed potatoes with gravy, greens beans, cornbread dressing, and cranberry sauce. To end the meal on a sweet note, Chef Link shares his family’s beloved satsuma buttermilk pie, a dessert that infuses local citrus into a classic Southern treat. Miss River, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 5 – 10 p.m.: Chef Alon Shaya brings a twist to the traditional Thanksgiving spread at Miss River with a whole buttermilk-fried chicken that is brined for 16 hours before being battered, breaded, and deep-fried to golden perfection. Sides include oyster dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. Live music in Chandelier Bar, 6 – 9 p.m.: Cap off your Thanksgiving celebration at the hotel’s Chandelier Bar, where Grammy-nominated trumpeter Branden Lewis and his jazz trio will set the mood with lively performances while guests enjoy signature cocktails and seasonal favorites, like the playful S’mores Milk Punch.
