Four Seasons New Orleans Announces Executive Chef Dario Montelvere

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans introduces Dario Montelvere as the Hotel’s new Executive Chef.

As a 21-year Four Seasons veteran, Chef Montelvere is well-versed in the brand and truly understands the value of the guest experience. Before bringing his talent to New Orleans, his career began at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a steward. He went on to contribute to the culinary operations at four other properties including Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Four Seasons Lanai at Manele Bay, Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica and Four Seasons Hotel Miami. 

Throughout his culinary journey he has worked alongside the greats, including Four Seasons Hotel Sydney’s pioneering chef Serge Nasreau and Chef Lynn Crawford of Iron Chef America. While opening Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica’s new Italian restaurant, Cena Sociale, he was invited to cook at the James Beard House in New York City. 

“Chef Montelvere’s culinary knowledge and deep understanding of our global brand make him well-suited to lead our food and beverage operations. We are beyond excited for him to join team New Orleans,” said Mali Carow, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans.
