FSME Hosts Birdies for Bright Minds Miniature Golf Tournament to Support STEM Education

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Foundation for Science and Mathematics Education (FSME) is excited to announce its upcoming “Birdies for Bright Minds” Miniature Golf Tournament & Par-Tee, taking place on May 14. This event aims to raise funds for the educational initiatives of The New Orleans Charter Science and Mathematics High School (Sci High).

Since 1993, FSME has been at the forefront of providing innovative and responsive educational programming to the students and community of New Orleans. The “Birdies for Bright Minds” event will bring together supporters to support Sci High’s programs, curriculum, and student activities.

“We are thrilled to host this exciting event and invite the community to join us in supporting STEM education,” said Erica Durousseau, Executive Director of FSME. “By contributing as an event or in-kind sponsor, you will directly impact Sci High students by funding opportunities such as summer internships, robotics, nursing, science, technology, and engineering programs.”

Sponsors and in-kind donors of the event will receive a range of benefits, including social impact through inclusion in all event-related communications and outreach activities, recognition in promotional materials such as newsletters, event announcements, and social media posts, complimentary tickets to the “Birdies for Bright Minds” event, opportunities to showcase their brand by including company materials in the event’s swag bags, and promoting their business on the event website and throughout the tournament. There are also opportunities to personalize your sponsorship by incorporating your own ideas to build a unique sponsorship experience suitable for any business.
