NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Galatoire’s Restaurant announced a Cade, Plumpjack & Odette Wine Dinner featuring a four-course tasting menu of culinary creations prepared by Galatoire’s Executive Chef Phillip Lopez and tailored to the Cade, Plumpjack, & Odette Wine selection. The dinner will be hosted by Odette Estate and Adaptation Winemaker, Andrew Haugen, and held at Galatoire’s Restaurant (209 Bourbon St.) on Thursday, March 28, with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. The menu for the evening includes:
