NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Gianna will debut Aperitivo Hour, a celebration of Italy’s most beloved pre‑dinner ritual. Every day from 3 to 6 p.m., guests are invited to unwind with a curated selection of Italian aperitifs, amaro and small bites designed to ease the transition from the workday into the evening.
The bar menu offers a full lineup of spritzes and Negronis, including Hugo Spritz with lemon, mint, and elderflower; Per Se Spritz with sweet orange, cardamom, pepper, and Portuguese hops; and a refreshing alcohol-free option Spritz Zero in the Venetian style.

To complement the sips, Gianna offers a selection of light antipasti perfect for sharing. Guests can enjoy Marcona almonds with sea salt and rosemary, burrata with coppa and aged balsamic, white anchovy with Gordal olive and extra virgin olive oil, and arancini with roasted pork and grilled spring onion aioli.
