From this Sunday, Sept. 7, through Saturday, Sept. 13, Executive Chef Michael Nelson and his culinary team will be highlighting the flavors of fresh Maine lobster in a variety of a la carte dishes like steamed whole Maine lobster; lobster with house-made pasta; bouillabaisse; lobster bisque and more.
Each of these dishes will be served a la carte, along with GW Fins’ nightly changing menu.
