This is a magical time of year when bartenders pull out all the stops to make us wanting more of their fabulous creations. There are so many wonderful places to visit around town, so we are giving you just a few to consider while you’re out and about.
Criollo (214 Royal St.) – Inside the Hotel Monteleone there is a fun deal for us. Bartenders there are launching a $1 Martini Lunch Special – offered every Thursday and Friday during regular lunch hours which is 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. – this week. While you enjoy lunch you can get up to three classic $1 martinis with your choice of vodka or gin. We couldn’t resist sharing this with all of you.
Superior Seafood (4338 St. Charles Ave.) – Along the “Ave” we love to stop in and grab great food and drinks on the corner of Napoleon & St. Charles avenues. Happy hour is daily between 4-6:30 p.m. You can choose from $4 house wines and draft beers and their delicious frozen cocktails. Don’t forget the raw oyster raw deal, just 75 cents? You absolutely cannot beat this combo of fun drink deals and cocktails.
Morrow’s (4238 St. Claude Ave.) – The happy hour at Morrow’s is one we cannot tell you enough about. Monday through Friday, from the 4-7 p.m. you can decide if you want to order $3 beers, $5 shots, wines or select cocktails, $7 frozen drinks and 50 percent off of a fine selection of house made appetizers. This is a fun atmosphere with great bartenders and a lively playlist. If you’re in the Marigny, stop in and enjoy!
