NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana SPCA is asking for your help to empty the shelter for the Bissell Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters Holiday Hope Event. During the event, adoption fees for dogs 25 pounds or more, as well as all felines, will be reduced to only $25 Dec. 13-14.

The Louisiana SPCA is located at 1700 Mardi Gras Blvd. (70114). The event will be held from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Dec. 13 and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Dec. 14.
