NEW ORLEANS (press release) – A new update has been announced at Café Normandie, located in The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center.
Starting Friday, Nov. 1, Café Normandie will extend its service to include dinner, available Friday through Monday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. With this expansion, guests can now sample the restaurant’s offerings throughout the day and into the evening.
Updated hours of operation across The Higgins Hotel’s dining venues are as follows:
Café Normandie
Breakfast: Monday-Saturday, 7 – 11 a.m.
Lunch: Monday-Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Dinner: Friday-Monday, 5 – 9 p.m. (Starting Nov. 1)
Rosie’s
Monday-Saturday, 4 – 10 p.m.
Kilroy’s
Friday-Monday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday, 4 – 11 p.m.
Provisions
Open Daily: Monday-Saturday, 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
As part of the expansion of dinner service, Executive Chef of the Higgins Chef Virgile Brandel redeveloped the sophisticated French-influenced dinner menu at Café Normandie. The full menu can be found here.
