NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, the official hotel of The National WWII Museum, is thrilled to invite guests and patrons to indulge in the flavors of the past with an exclusive Garden to Glass cocktail selection and Happy Hour.
In celebration of the upcoming Garden to Glass event at The National WWII Museum, Higgins Hotel’s Rosie’s on the Roof and Kilroy’s will be serving a curated selection of Garden to Glass cocktails throughout the month of September, offering a taste of the creative concoctions inspired by past winners and contestants of the competition. The National WWII Museum’s Garden to Glass event brings in bartenders, distilleries, and restaurateurs from across the Crescent City for a single challenge: craft a uniquely tasty drink using only what would have been available in WWII-era Victory Gardens. This year’s event is on Wednesday, September 20.
Before and after The National WWII Museum’s Garden to Glass event, guests can enjoy these delightful cocktails at special prices during the month of September. But on Sept. 20, between 4 and 6 p.m., these exquisite drinks will be available for just $10 at both Rosie’s on the Roof and Kilroy’s, providing a unique opportunity to savor the flavors of history at an unbeatable price.
