Higgins Hotel Unveils New Menus at Rosie’s on the Roof and Kilroy’s

The new menus feature the culinary expertise of Higgins Hotel’s award-winning Executive Chef Virgile Brandel.

Rosie’s on the Roof, the renowned rooftop restaurant, has undergone a culinary transformation, offering a menu that showcases a fusion of regional flavors and international inspirations. Guests can savor an extensive selection of vibrant small plates, exquisite entrees, and indulgent desserts expertly crafted by our talented team of chefs. From the tantalizing Crab Beignets and Blackened Tuna Tacos to the mouthwatering Alligator Meatball Po’Babies, every dish at Rosie’s on the Roof is designed to ignite the senses and leave diners craving more.

To complement the enticing new menu, Rosie’s on the Roof also has a curated beverage program featuring handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a wide selection of local and international beers. Whether visitors are seeking a refreshing classic like the signature Riveter (a cocktail for two) or an innovative libation such as the Tico Tico, the rooftop bar will undoubtedly satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Meanwhile, Kilroy’s, the vibrant bar and restaurant located on the ground floor of Higgins Hotel, is introducing an exciting new menu and an enticing happy hour experience. Kilroy’s menu elevates classic comfort foods to new heights, showcasing reinvented favorites that are sure to delight. From the indulgent Soft Shell Crab & Grits or Oyster & Pork Belly Tacos to the mouthwatering Cajun Paella or Confit Duck Cassoulet, guests will discover a culinary journey that marries nostalgia with modern flair.

In addition to the new menu, Kilroy’s is also introducing a vibrant happy hour offering. Available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each weekday, patrons can unwind and socialize while enjoying discounted craft cocktails, local beers, and an array of delectable small plates. Happy hour small plates include small plates such as Hurricane Fried Gulf Shrimp, Totchos and Redfish Ceviche. Rosie’s on the Roof:          Sunday – Thursday 4-10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 4-11 p.m.
