Higgins Hotel Unveils Réveillon Menu for the Holiday Season

NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, The Official Hotel of The National WWII Museum and the epitome of luxury and elegance in the heart of New Orleans, is delighted to announce the much-anticipated unveiling of its exclusive Réveillon menu, transporting guests on a culinary journey steeped in rich tradition and festive delights this holiday season.

A celebration deeply rooted in New Orleans history, the Réveillon tradition dates back to the 19th century, honoring the Creole customs of lavish holiday feasting. Embracing this cherished heritage, the Higgins Hotel & Conference Center invites guests to savor an exquisite gastronomic experience curated to captivate the senses and ignite the spirit of the season.

Inspired by the city’s cultural mosaic and culinary finesse, the Réveillon menu at the Higgins Hotel & Conference Center features an array of delectable dishes meticulously crafted by our esteemed culinary team led by award-winning Executive Chef Virgile Brandel. From classic Creole flavors to contemporary twists on traditional favorites, each dish promises to tantalize palates and create unforgettable dining experiences.

The Higgins Hotel will be participating again this year with three features. The first is a Petit Réveillon menu in Kilroy’s Bar during normal opening hours. The second is the B Réveillon, a brunch to be served on Saturday and Sunday at Café Normandie.  Finally, both Rosie’s on the Roof and Kilroy’s are participating with special Réveillon Cocktails.
