The award-winning culinary team of the Link Restaurant Group has crafted catering menus featuring Butcher holiday favorites and La Boulangerie snacks & desserts for a holiday feast at home. Holiday meats and sides can be ordered online at cochonbutcher.com by Thursday, Dec. 21, and are available for pick-up on Saturday, Dec. 23, from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Orders from the bakery can be placed at laboulangerienola.com by Thursday, Dec. 21, at 4 p.m., for pick-up on Saturday, Dec. 23, or Sunday, Dec. 24, from noon – 4 p.m.
This year’s Cochon Butcher catering menu favorites include a roasted and ready-to-eat glazed holiday ham, ready-to-cook-at-home marinated bone-in rib roast, half gallons and gallons of Butcher Boozy Eggnog, and zero-proof eggnog for the whole family to enjoy. Also available for order is jambalaya stuffed chicken, house made Cajun meats and sausages, steaks and chops, whole hogs, and a house charcuterie board ready for any holiday party. More than a dozen sides, soups, and bread are available in small and large sizes, including shrimp and eggplant dressing, broccoli and rice casserole, mac’n cheese, and chicken and sausage gumbo. Platters of finger sandwiches are also on the catering menu.
The La Boulangerie holiday catering menu features the Yule log, a traditional European Christmas dessert that dates back to the 18th Century. This cake represents the Yule log families burn on Christmas Eve to attract good luck. Executive Pastry Chef/Owner Maggie Scales also offers an extensive assortment of pies, tarts, cakes, and desserts, including pecan pie, chocolate ganache tart, red velvet cake, coconut cake, and vanilla cheesecake. Be sure to pick up appetizers such as pimento cheese and Brie en croute, and spicy cheddar crackers and baguette crostini to make entertaining a breeze. Additional items are also available.
