Executive Chef Ben Triola will specifically curate the dinner experience, beginning with a Leafy Green Salad paired with warm Garlic Focaccia followed by their weekly offerings, which will include Snapper Almondine, Whole Roasted Rack of Lamb, Chateaubriand and Whole Duck. Additionally, this New Year’s Eve the team will host a Caviar & Champagne & Fried Chicken event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to celebrate the new year in partnership with Caviar Star. The opulent celebration is complete with bottomless champagne, an abundance of caviar, and elevated bites from Chef Ben Triola, the new executive chef at The Chloe, such as Fried Chicken Bites with Salmon Roe Ranch and Pimento Cheese Gougeres.
