The Icon targets the most critical, difficult-to-access areas in the brain with a highly accurate dose of radiation, while sparing healthy brain tissue. And with a frameless design, patients receive a more comfortable, non-invasive treatment. This means they can return home and back to their daily routine in a few hours.
The Cancer Center’s team of Icon-credentialed physicians collaborate with highly specialized neurosurgeons, physicists and the patient’s referring physician to deliver the most effective, highly individualized care.
