NEW ORLEANS (press release) – LeBLANC + SMITH, the New Orleans-based hospitality group, is pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Pulsinelli as executive chef of Hotel Chloe. In this role, he will oversee the entire food & beverage program for the hotel, which will serve as an all-day outpost in the Uptown neighborhood. In addition to developing the menu and overseeing the kitchen at the hotel’s main restaurant, Pulsinelli will oversee the F&B programs in the parlor bar, pool, in-room dining, and for all private events.
Pulsinelli, a self-declared contemporary New Orleans chef, joins the Hotel Chloe team with over 15 years of experience in the New Orleans dining scene. After graduating from Columbus State, Pulinselli moved to New Orleans to accept a garde manger position at August, where he worked his way up the kitchen ranks before serving as executive sous chef at Domenica and executive chef at The American Sector at The National World War II Museum. Most recently, Pulsinelli returned to August as executive chef, where he ran the kitchen for six years. He brings this expertise to Hotel Chloe.

As a hotel for New Orleans by New Orleans, Hotel Chloe will focus on creating culturally relevant experiences through a distinguished food and beverage program, timeless design, and excellent 21st-century Southern hospitality. The restaurant at the hotel will be an all-day experience with breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with coffee and cocktail and wine experiences in between and will have a total of 120 seats, some of which will be alongside our pool and gardens.
